Make contingency plans to connect.

What happens if your primary way of connecting with colleagues and clients fails? Will you be able to connect with others if your Internet goes out? What about your phone, or power? Think about redundancy and make contingency plans if they fail. You might tether to your phone if your Internet fails, or have a backup location to work if your home loses power. Ensure that your key work contact details are stored in multiple places, in the event your primary device with that contact information fails.
