Don’t cram for your professional development.

You set a goal for the year to learn some new things. Fast-forward to November and you find you’ve been “all work and no learn” and can’t show any progress in the professional development department. Try creating a training schedule for yourself, and put weekly time on your calendar to keep yourself accountable. This simple act of setting time aside should help you stay on track and make incremental progress toward your goals.
