Remote work isn’t the problem.

Something not working as well as it could? Don’t default to blaming remote work. There’s likely an underlying issue that’s causing the symptoms you’re seeing. Start looking at your communication, management style, process, culture, and the way your team makes decisions. Being face-to-face may alleviate some communication issues, but it’ll never get to the root of a more systemic problem.
