Want to keep your body and brain in top shape? Adequate sleep does wonders for your cardiovascular system, metabolism, and immune systems. Get enough sleep and you’ll notice sharpened concentration, better energy, and an improved outlook. What’s enough? The National Sleep Foundation advises that healthy adults get 7 to 9 hours of sleep.
